Redoing Entire Home Theatre Setup, Need input on Speaker Choices

Oh... I don't know, I think I could easily spend 10K on speakers...

Especially if they were Paradigm Sigs, or maybe Aerial Acoustics.... Now those are some awesome sounding speakers, as well as artfully crafted...

Those are the two brands I find to be dead sexy....

I agree with abefroeman's earlier suggestion of Canton Ergo's all the way around. (I have them) There are some good deals out there if you know where to look. e-mail me if you'd like to know. (I am not a dealer or a seller) I'd shop around for a sub you like (Rel, M&K, Martin Logan, etc). And go with some affordable separates for starters. (Outlaw, Arcam, Rotel) all would be good places to start. Again, if you know how and where to deal, you can get 20% off on Rotel, which is what I have now. This is my first post on here, but I've had decent electronics for quite awhile.

Set your price, then listen

First you have to have your budget. You can go with some Krako's from Target or some Wilson Watt Puppies. But I recommend visiting some middle to high end shops and have a listen. I have been listening to Old Klipsch Korner Horns, Lasalle for center and a couple of Heresy's for the surrounds, with a two large custom Martiin Logan Subwoofers with 5 12inch subs in each cabinet. It's overkill, but all of my equipment is usually used except for a Parasound C1. There are just so many nice speaker available today on any budget. If your in a large city, look for some used audio stores that will bench test and warranty your purchase. Have some fun!

Hey guys, center channel blew on my old setup which was basically the Klipsch Synergy 3 Series (C-3, F-3, S-3, SUB12). Looking to get a crazy killer system that can reproduce every single musical note with clarity and OOMPH.
The budget is $7,000, I'm willing to go higher if i can note a difference in clarity with higher end speakers. I was thinking to buy the Klipsch Reference
RF-83 Home Theater System, but after joining this forum... Forget that. I already had a klipsch setup and wasnt TOOOOO impressed with them as for my dad was going crazy over klipsch and wanted them dearly so we got them. Now I was looking at some dynaudio speakers and they look pretty darn good. But if theres anything better than that then... Let me know! . If this was your $7,000 how would you spend it? Any and All help is appreciated! Thanks
