receiver options

I'm in need of a new receiver. I have a a 10 year old Denon that has served me well. I'm looking for a minimum of 7.1 with at least 130 watts per channel. I've had my eye on the 4311ci. there is also the 3311ci. i wouldn't even mind buying a used one of a year or two. What suggestions can you make based on your experiences?

I'm not a big fan of Onkyo. Does anyone have experience with the Denon AVR-3311ci or the Yamaha RX-A2000?
