I currently have an older Yammy RX-V800 in my rec room used for xbox 360, Comcast TV/DVR and DVD. The RX-V800 does not have any HDMI. I'll be adding a Wii at X-mas. I don't want to spend over $400 max on a new receiver. I prefer Yamaha Rec's but am open for any suggestions. Must have True HDMI not passive.

Here is a great Yamaha, Yamaha RX-V663, that meets your need for $369

The Onkyo TX-SR606B is another good choice at $339

I ordered my Onkyo 705 new from B&H on Monday.

Delivered on Wednesday.

Free shipping.

I have only been listening to a partial speaker setup.

I have some Ascend Sierra-1s on order.

As for running hot.

Not an issue for me so far.

I have a laser temp gauge and so far temp has only gotten to 97 degrees.

Price for the silver model -- $395.00 (MSRP $800).

I also got an extra $7.90 off via Microsoft's live.search.com.

I'm a happy camper!
