The trick is to get those lines nice an crisp. That ceiling a is a new layer of drywall to cover the popcorn. Oh yeah, the Pork & Cheese guy from upstairs said that he noticed that my fart fan was much quieter too. I had stuck that Ice & Water Shield roofing rubber all over it and on his the bottom of his floor above the fart fan and made sure the insulation was in place above it.

I might get tired of patting myself on the back ... but maybe not.
