If I were you, I would also check into your local common-law statutes. I've been procrastinating on that issue for a while. I will need it eventually. Even in I applied now, you would have your system assembled before I ever got my hands on it. I was hoping Obama would continue to treat Canada as a close friend and trusted ally and reverse Bush's policy but perhaps Hope and Change was too much to expect.
