I'll have to find a proper docu but remember it's the only state capital in the US that doesn't have clean drinking water. I saw a few YT docus on this guy driving through town from like the north to the south. One side was complete garbage, and the middle class homes were like a 4-5/10. Barely staying outta the poverty look. There was the another video where the guy is driving through the delta and stumbles upon one guy promoting Mississippi and parts of it are a complete dive. Then I LOL hearing the capital where the politicians go was naturally getting a restoration. Nah your building can be last. Sadly I'm sure there's other towns. I think of on the block where I work and it's not a real good neighborhood but at least trash isn't all over the yards etc.
