1) what is better for cabinets plywood MDF or chip board explain please?

I prefer 3/4" cabinet grade birch plywood over MDF. Dont use particleboard.

MDF is cheaper and easier to put a finish on but its also harder to work with and not as durable.

you could use car woofers, but you'll need to know exactly what woofer it is you want to use, along with all the other drivers before anyone can tell you what the box specs should be.

It would probably be better to build a passive crossover vs buy one off the shelf thats made to be sort of "one size fits all"

I prefer MDF, but some prefer ply. There is no size cabinet for a 30 inch speaker. The choice, type and size of enclosure is determined by the drivers Thiel/Small parameters.

You are obviously new to this. Do not start with a three way speaker, crossover design for three ways is very difficult. You can not buy a crossover from a shop. All crossovers have to be designed for the drivers selected.

All good speakers start with selecting drivers that can likely be made to work well together.

Before going any further please read these books.

actually my friend has a plywood factory
and we saw some us blasters and jbl subwoofers for cars
they have their own amplificaters and stuff
so we were thinking to make somethings which can go well for living room
but dont know where to start
and by what to start.
i made some 3 way speakers before with MDF cabinets and bought everything on line but they were not good i found a german website for design of speakers cabinet and design but they always say MDF or chipboard cabinet i never heard about plywood
thats why i need some help
where to start and with what to start
