I'll start by saying I'm fairly new to much of this.
I'm having trouble getting my sound correct. I have a Samsung Smart TV and a Yamaha Yas 108 soundbar. I also recently purchased an external subwoofer that connects to the soundbar.
My question is what setting should I have my Samsung TV on? PCM or Dts Neo 5.2? The DTS Neo 5.2 gives me much more bass in the sound (which I like, esp with my new subwoofer). But the sound overshadows the dialouge and it is very quiet. (And I do have the clear dialogue setting ON on the soundbar). PCM makes me hear dialouge better but much less bass. I guess I want an in-between of the two.
My sound bar is hooked up to the TV via optic cable since my TV does not have HDMI ARC.
