Question about setup w/ new speakers

I just bought the Polk RM20 package along with a sub and I was wondering what to set my crossover settings to for my receiver and sub.

The frequency range for my satelites are:

Overall Frequency Response 95 - 24K
Lower -3dB Limit 130Hz
Upper -3dB Limit 20kHz

Do I set the crossover to 100 using the overall frequency response or 130 using the lower limit? Or something different altogether?

Also, do I set the same frequency on the sub as I do in my receiver?

Thanks

You want to set your crossover based on the lower limit of your speakers. In this case I would suggest 150Hz.

Being 3 db down at 130 hz, I seriously wonder how far down the level is at 95 hz, or even 100hz.

I agree with the others that you should set it for no lower than 130 hz. Much lower and you'll have a home in your response

If you can, try to not use the crossover in the sub and rely on the crossover in the receiver. RTFM for how it's done on your sub.
