I signed up for Qobuz's Beta Testing program in the US a month or two ago. I recently received an email stating I was "approved" of for the platform. Excited to be an "industry insider" I navigated all of the proper webpages, only to find out that the "Beta Testing" was, in essence, a free one month trial.

Anyway, I am exploring what Quboz has to offer and will try to compare their "Studio" level (with streaming resolutions of up to 24/192) to Tidal's HiFi (CD quality via FLAC and I do not have anything that will properly decode MQA). Also, of course will I'll look into availability of titles between the two.

Here is another with "Hi-Rez" streaming:

Sounds like they were mostly trying to build up hype on a standard promotional offer.
However, if it makes you feel better, I did not get such an offer!;)
In any case, I appreciate and look forward to your thoughts on this.

I just went in today. FWIW, my initial reaction is that it sounds a bit better than Tidal, both in CD quality and HiRes files, including comparisons to MQA.
