http://www.psbspeakers.com/products/Subwoofers/SubSeries-500-Subwoofer According to the latest HT mag, this thing's max SPL is 113db at 32Hz. I don't know how that compares to others. Cutoff is 22 HZ at -10db which would indicate that the response of this sub is quite flat across its spectrum.
