PS3 for Sale

Selling my PS3. Only been used for watching Bluray and a little bit of Guitar Hero. Been housed in an AV closet so it hasn't been exposed to the elements of the house. Great condition and it works perfectly. Asking for $275 plus shipping. It will include the basic cables that typically came with the unit and I will include the HDMI cable I went out and bought for it. It has one controller.

$25 below, but this heavily depends on which version he's selling. For example if it was a 60gb, it would be well worth the asking price.

I think post #2 is a real gem. It's the first time I have seen a break down for who does what. That's not so easy for the casual observer to figure out. Thanks again.

Yeah, Wikipedia can be a real mystery.

You'll be happy to know that I didn't use wiki. I used stored knowledge from my brain, fair superior to the collective knowledge of many people's brains.

I adam's defense of wiki I did forget something.

The 20gb is ugly because it's all black. All reverse capable PS3s have silver trim, non backwards compatitable PS3s have grey trim save the 20gb PS3 which is all black (yuk). The 20gb is also the only PS3 produced not to have built in 802.11 wireless support.

Unfortunately, I believe I have the second gen 80GIG system. I need to double check to make sure.

In regards to my asking price...I didn't really do a lot of research on that. I can throw in Guitar Hero 3 and the Guitar controller if that helps. Otherwise, make me an offer and maybe we can come to an agreement.

Anyway, like I said, I am open for negotiations. Anybody can make me a fair offer and we can go from there.
