Has anyone ever used this place, are they legit?

My mother is thinking of using them, I am trued and tried on eBay, but I am open to new sites as well.

From what I know of them they conduct auctions for police departments, they contacted me for my business but my dept. declined their offer. We conduct our own auctions so that we do not have to pay a commission to the auctioneer.
