Seriously, I have no life.
Didnt specify, i use a RCA-cable to 3,5mm
If your phone has a case, remove it and if the sound is equal in both channels, use a cable that has a shoulder at the 3.5mm end, that extends past the case. Phone cases don't allow most plugs to insert deeply enough for both channels to work and the Right channel is connected to the plug's ring (Tip is Left +, Ring is Right + and Sleeve is common negative).

This is a good point.
Also, if possible, make sure the jack is clean. Phones collect a lot of fuzz in the openings that can cause connection/insertion issues.

Hi

I wil after some hassle get a brand new A-9010 from amazon warranty. Funny thing is that my post office sent my faulty stereo to the wrong place. So after some calls to amazon, they decided to send a new one without even looking at my old stereo, which shocked me a bit.

Good for me as i will get an unopened stereo, that i can sell easier if i desire. :)

Hi, everything is sorted rn. My stereo is up for sale and i have borrowed a friends stereo.
I just have a small question, that is not related to this at all.

Im gonna bring my speakers to a friends party tonight and i just have one question. We are gonna play music with a computer (spotify, soundcloud etc) and i just wondered how the volume works. Does the quality of the music matter if i use the volume adjuster on spotify, the computer or the balance knob on the stereo?

"collect a lot of fuzz". lolo. I went to BestBuy asked the guy working in the cleaner department all I said was use a Q-tip with a little Isotone alcohol to get the fuzz lol..out of the RCA Jack's.
