Hey Chad, how's about postin some pics of the other systems you had before this one,its cool to see how systems progress,i know you went through quite a bit of good gear in a few short years, would make a interesting retrospect kinda deal.

I will have to see if I have pics still, I wish I had the whole progression in albums, I guess it has been a strange trip in last 5 yrs, It just hit me how I really went serious when I became disabled, guess I needed to fill a void of some sort.
I am off the upgrade train for a year now, too many minute changes and diminished returns to keep fussing over it, my system isnt all that much but it sounds great, and a dedicated room for it all sent it to a whole new level. I took more pics of system and speakers without grills as requested and will post soon.......cheers

I am going to explore adding a unused computer we have in a closet to the rig for a music server once I learn a bit more about the whole shebang. It would be nice to dial up tunes without leaving the sofa...being disabled it would help me tremendously.

Still adding room treatments, measured room with REW and would like to add a couple bass traps in time. Installed a HDDVD player as it was so cheap I couldnt pass it up.
This is my first summer in new home and basement is a bit warm when everything is on, as there is a walk out door behind my speakers I am going to install a small window unit AC thats not being used into the window area with help from a carpenter friend, house has steam heat which is awesome for winter but seeing how there is now duct work central is not installed.
I should really add new pictures, I noticed how empty things looked as we were just moving in, now there are Record, CD, and DVD shelves and more artwork, also remodeled bar area............it never ends, cheers
