Best way to do it is as Mike was suggesting. You can start a photo sharing account and then use the "insert image" function (little box with mountain). That way the Forum isn't storing the image, just the link to your sharing account.

The more I look around the more I see my room looks rather dull and plain and lacks the classy look I see in other rooms, I bet painting it would work miracles............its tooo bright when I step back and look at it, I am not so sure I really like it.

I wouldn't be too upset about it. Your setup looks nicer then about 95% of systems out there. :D

It does look a little dull in there besides that blanket from 1972. How about some deep maroon color?

Looks really good. Wiring all that gear together must have been a nightmare, but it looks real clean from what I can see.

Thanks a bunch guys!

I will post better pics tonight if I can figure it out (new to sharing pics)

A few answers for posters, the towers are 68" tall and weigh 310lbs each , they each feature 3 10' woofers, 1 is passive slot loaded and mass controlled for bass tuning, 2 are front firing at top and bottom , the ribbon midrange is 53' tall and they have 3 ribbon tweeters,2 regular frequency and one super tweeter.... I get flat reponse down to 22HZ, -10db at 16HZ but to be honest I roll them off at 40HZ for movies and let the HSU sub that you really cant see (behind left front in corner) do the heavy lifting, I run speakers full range with tube pre for music which is really my main concern truth be told.
The blanket was made by my Grandma and I keep it out because I cant part with it, I dont know how much longer she will be with us.
The system between mounting speakers, Projector and all wires for entire system took about 10 hrs, there is a ton of wire in there!
I am thinking of a maroon color, Wifey is making red Velvet curtains as we speak and I would like to paint walls and ceiling in darker warmer colors, we have only been in new house a bit over a month so we have nothing but time.
I have a humble simple wife friendly system in living room with a 30' Sony XBR WEGA Hi def monitor with a Marantz Surround Reciever and some highly modified "White Van" Theater Research speakers which have been braced, damped and added rear tweeters, I run a Samsung HD841 DVD unit in that system...........it is a simple but not too bad surround set-up which wife can actually turn on and enjoy.

I hope you know I was just giving you a hard time. I lost both Grandma's 3 years ago. I have my Granny Rose's blanket on the bed in my spare bedroom and a coffee cup she "assigned" to me as a kid on the nightstand in the same room.
Thanks a bunch guys!

Not that it really matters but I forgot to list the Monster 3500 power unit, I have another Monster strip with only lights bit no meter but cant recall model, I also left out a Luxman T117 tuner (it dont look like a big deal but it rates #7 on the top 100 tuners of all time shootout, I also left out a Sony AVS 3500 system control and the Pioneer Hidef DVR cable box, all video runs with Audioquest YIQ3 Silver Component cables, I also run budget HDMI but Comp cables smoke it.
Thanks for the tips and help with pics, I still want to post new more detailed pics after I peak around at other systems, some of you make me real jealous, others make me smile cause I see you guys are on your way, tho mine isnt a super elite system I went Pro Logic in the early mid 90's and have stepped up every couple years to get where I am now......so I see myself in many here, I hit a wall a few years ago when a disease took over and now I am disabled but I have come far enough to be pretty happy for a bit longer hehehe!
There is a great spirit of help and support in these forums, makes other forums I participate in look really silly and snobish......cheers!
