I wouldn't concern myself with matching. Processors get outdated, let's see hmmm, roughly every 12 months (+/- 30 days). A good amp might last you your lifetime. I used to have matching pre/pro and amp. Let's see . . . that lasted for . . . almost one year!
IOW, get the amp that fits best, and do not compromise that decision based on what the matching pre might be. This is hobby is new to me, and yet I can already say that I'm saying this from experience.
How loudly do you listen, and how far do you sit? I know this is AH, but I'm leaning towards having you keep the savings for a nice display.
