Pre for an Ice Based System

I have a system as follows: Gallo 3.1; Rega Jupiter; Music Hall Maverick; Gallo Ref SA to drive bass; Wyred 4 Sound ST100 amp; Kimber Silver Streak and 8PR; and an Adcom GFP-750 pre. I'm thinking of replacing the Adcom and getting a tube pre to increase overall mellow. Any views or suggestions? Thanks

I'd look into mcintosh the C22 (vintage or the re issue) marantz model 7, luxman cl 35, audio research sp 6, quad 22 are all nice classics. Another option is add a dcx2496 from behringer and taylor the sound to your liking.
