I gave away my TV and furniture and am waiting on a new wall unit to be built, at which time I will buy a new TV and furniture. I haven't watched TV in almost three weeks now and can't really say that I miss it all that much.

Well I haven’t watched TV in almost 4 years since living at my new home, now than can you beat that record of resistance.

My television is strictly for gaming and movies. Regular programing is a waste of money anyways 30-40 a month at least and you get 100 channels that suck I have my rabbit ears which I barely use that cost me 15 on sale.

I pick up analog broadcasts using a 6' coaxial cable in emergencies to make sure I am not going to get hit by a tornado or anything horrible like that. Other than that, the TV is for movies and sometimes I use it to watch episodes of tv shows I download off the net.
