Powered Studio Monitor Noise (power)

Hey guys, I have been searching through the forums and have educated myself on many radio interference problems so go easy.

I have a set of Behringer Truth B2031A Studio monitors. When I turn them on they have a hum or buzz. This happens even when NO INPUT for audio (no wire connected). I know it has something to do with the power but I am not exactly sure. I disconnected my dimmer switch but that didnt help.

Do I need some sort of filter? a UPS? New power cords? This buzz is killing me I cant listen to anything unless I turn up the volume to drown out the noise.

Thanks for you time.

After some testing I found out if I touch the grill of my tweeter the buzz dramatically decreases to a minimal level. Any thoughts guys? I am sick of turning up the volume to drown out the buzz.

Thanks
Eric
