Pop up balloons.

Is there any way to turn off the pop up balloons that continuously pop up all over the screen as you move your cursor around? I'd like to have them off all the time like when using Outlook but this site in particular has more than any site I have ever been to. Its nauseating. Thanks.

What browser and do you have additional toolbars installed?

I use FireFox. I'm not talking about the pop up blocker that blocks ads, but rather the ones that the cursor activates I guess you might call it "balloon help"

I don't know if these are because of Bing, or what, but they're damned annoying. They may be part of the revenue stream but it's like an obstacle course.

Do you see words that have a double underscore? Those are the ones that show a window when the cursor is dragged over them.

I haven't seen those since installing the add-on that Scott linked to. I installed it a while ago, and I've enjoyed this forum much more since then. Everything loads much faster.
