I must say that my R30/CSi25/R15 setup sounds quite nice, especially considering the entire speaker system cost $250.

I wanted the whole set.... I already have R30's which I bought from Fry's for 88 bucks a pair... I am tempting to go....

Buy R50's.. move R30's I have now for surrounds... get the center for a cheap 69 bucks....

But I really want a subwoofer though Acoustech H100 for 250 bucks hehe...

Soo I am gonna stick with my plan, use R30's for fronts for now, use phantom center, stick with my Sharp bookshelves in the back for surrounds with modified tweeter and get the Sub/Dvd player. Save more money, buy the center next, and get some R15's for surrounds and then Ill be super Happy! (I Hope)

Get the CSi25 off eBay!! Under $100 shipped, and it has the same tweeter as the R30's with the midranges of the R15's (5 1/4")

If you wait awhile for another sale, Fry's sells the CSi25 for $69.

outpost still has the center for 69, but it says call for availibility.. but u can order now and when it comes back in stock it'll still be 69 bucks for you.

I know the CSi25 is the correct match for the R series, but the CS1 and CS2 are good matches as well, it's even what Polk reccomends on their site, since the CSi25 was meant for overseas sale. I have the R30
s up front, R15's for surround and surround back, and a CS2 center all being ran off a Yamaha RX-V1600 with a Velodyne 10 as my substage, and it sounds really good considering what everything cost.

In case any of you live near a Fry's, I just checked their newspaper ad online and the R15s are on sale in their stores for $39.98 for a pair.

Price is good for today 3/15 and tomorrow.
