Polk PSW111 vs Velodyne Impact Mini

Looking for a small sub for a 12x14 living room. I am a 50/50 movies/music kind of guy and have narrowed it down to one of these two. I can get either one for about a $200 bucks so just tring to decide. Any suggestions on these or anything else in the $200.oo range?

Stay far away from Polk's lower end subs. I would normally recommend the Sub120 from PartsExpress.com but they are out of stock until the end of Feb.

The Bic F12 and Premier Acoustics PA-120 are both popular subs in that price range.
