I just wanted to share a story with you all about Polk Audio support. Recently I had acquired a new speaker system from Polk and got some great deals on them. Recently, however, my 3 year old likes to prop his feet on the center channel speaker when watching TV. Unfortunately I'm not always there to express my displeasure with that. Last weekend I took the grille off to clean it, and low and behold he had smashed in the tweeter! Yikes! So I called Polk to explain what had honestly happened. Expecting that I would have to pay a ridiculous amount of money, I was prepared for the worst. After speaking with the customer service lady for a few minutes, she said "don't worry, these things happen. I will send a replacement on the house". I was totally blown away! That's customer service!
