I see an HSU VTF-3 MK5 HP Sub in your future.

:p

HSU VTF-3MK5 would be an amazing upgrade. Some companies charge $200 for the satin finish included with the HSU. The sound is awesome and the value is even better.
Do you work for HSU?

lol, no I don't work for HSU. But I am a happy customer. Their subs offer so much value and are priced amazingly well for what you get. When I asked ShadyJ in private mail which sub he would choose he turned me on to this model. It's been a great recommendation.

Yeah if I were to buy a sub again the VTF 3 Mk5 is one of the better values out there.

Seriously, I have no life.
Good morning,

Forgive me if this sounds like a newbie question - I have two Polk PSW110 subs that were working fine, but one of them started making all kinds of electrical racket after shutting down my system last night. Is it worth fixing at this point, or should I just upgrade both subs?

Thanks in advance!
Does the racket continue without stopping, or does the sub shut down after a few minutes? Unplug the cable and turn the sub on manually- if it still makes the noise, it has a problem.
