If this was some punk kid hopped up on meth, they would try to charge them the same as if they had killed a person.

You know what really gets me mad? This happened on June 7, 2006 and, "The officer has been on administrative duty with pay since the investigation began."

Only cops get suspended with pay pending investigation.

I know in Florida a police dog is not only "government property" but considered a police officer. This guy should have been thrown in jail from day one.

The trial is not till December 17, 2007
