Please, somebody tell me this isn't for real.

Seriously, I have no life.
Psychiatry certainly doesn't term anyone who commits an evil act to be mentally ill.
If this is true, why do psychiatrists test people and testify in court as a way to determine if someone is "guilty by mental disease or defect"? If they committed evil and don't understand that it's wrong, are they not mentally ill?

My statement was poorly worded. I should have wrote psychiatrists don't term JUST anyone who commits an evil act to be mentally ill. They have to be diagnosed with something like antipersonality disorder or schizophrenia or whatever. This is partly why insanity pleas very seldom work.

Let's hear it for affluenza.
Since you mentioned it, that little dirtball who was let off with probation for homicide while intoxicated is on the run. I heard 140 deputies are out looking for him. Seems that he was caught on video getting gooned at a party and that's a violation of his probation.

So they nabbed both of them in Mexico but lawyers got a stay on extraditing the kid. According to the Federalis, they both entered the country illegally. Mommy was deported and appears she'll face charges of hindering an apprehension. It's hard to imagine a country actually deporting an illegal alien. Personally, I'd like to see him spend some time in one of those posh Mexican prisons.
