Please help no sound issue

I have denon s960h with my cable box connect to the cab/sat port then hdmi connect to my Samsung tv everything was working great. Now the issue tv went bad I purchased a new LG tv once I connect the new tv I lose sound but have display no sound. If I unplug the hdmi I get sound over the AVR speakers. If I use Netflix app on tv I have sound over the AVR speakers. Call denon they say it’s the tv issue. I called LG they said it’s the hdmi cable or the receiver. Anyone have anything

It must be the audio setting on the TV or Denon? What have you tried to do?? Replace HDMI cable? Use an optical cable? Did you Turn off speaker sound on TV? TV and AVR on "CEC" settings?" What have you done to trouble shoot? I assume you are using eArc?
