Placement of two subwoofers

Right now I have a sub up front on the right approximately 2 feet from the corner and another sub behind on the left right in the corner with the couch about 9 inches away from the driver (only place it could go for now). The front sub is has its phase set at 0 and the back at 180. Is this a correct setup? Is there a better layout to get the most out of my subs? Thanks.
