PL-200 plate amp replacement options?

My PL-200 stayed unplugged for an extended time during a house move. Plugged it in, red light came on then out. Fuse was blown, tried again and same result… pretty sure the capacitors flashed over when power was applied again. None the less, looking for suggestions on the best replacement options for the Amp? Anything is appreciated.

It is driven by a Bash amp 1000 watt. That does not seem to be available, so you will have to use this one.

I also emailed BIC and they responded this morning. While they don’t list the product on their website, they did confirm they sell it and sent an order form, 180$ (if anyone else has the same problem).

Thanks for the follow up. Yes, it is a good idea to contact the manufacturer. Often this does not help, as they have no replacements, or charge a fortune. You have a replacement at a good price.

As far as I can tell that sub was first produced in 2011, and carried a five year warranty. I suspect that BIC bought enough BASH amps, to likely meet any warranty claims.
The only issue may have is long term reliability as modern electronics tends to age and fail at the same rate whether used or not. This is because so many faults are due to caps. These age related to chemical deterioration and not use.
