I picked up the blu-ray version at wally world today on an impulse buy. Amazon gives the release date as Nov. 6th 2007, but this is first time I have seen this collection. It was a tad short for the $25 price tag, but seeing the evolution of computer animation over the years was very interesting. Image quality was very good as you would expect from Pixar, even the older short films from the early 80's looked quite nice. A few of the them also had pretty good LFE, better than I was expecting. I turned down my sub as it was getting late, didn't want to wake the neighbors. I will rewatch some of them tomorrow at a reasonable hour when I can crank the sub
It's worth checking out if you are into animated shorts. There wasn't much bonus footage, but what was there is worth watching to see what goes into making these films.
