MY VSX 823 is only doing audio no picture i have no idea why can hear cable channel but no video
please help if you can thanks

How is your cable box connected to the avr? Was it working before and suddenly stopped passing video?

I had this problem with my 822-k. Unplug for an hour or more, or do a hard reset. It worked for me, hope it works for you.

hi yes it was working then stopped unhooked receiver now have video

Yep, like many electronic devices sometimes they simply need a bit of a reboot....glad you got it going.
