Pioneer elite vsx-45tx Some ????

I have this receiver and i am wondering if anyone has had any luck getting there theater to sound better using the uto-MCACC (Multi-Channel Acoustical Calibration Circuit).
If so some tips would help. I have tried it a couple times and the sound doesnt come close to the factory settings. Does anyone have any tips or info?

I used it with mine (VSX-1015TXK), but several things were noted by me after initial set-up. It set my mains to large. It set my sub distance incorrectly. So I had to manually adjust the speakers to small, and correctly enter the sub distance. I also had to tweak the levels a bit with my SPL meter. I now have super good results.
