Pioneer DV-366-s

hi, im new here, i signed up because i wanted to get this problem done, ive been a long time reader but a first time poster so here goes....

well my DV-366-s, is connected to my reciever then the reciever to the TV via an RCA cable, last night I was able to watch DVDs but this day when i powered everything up, there was no pioneer logo on the tv, the tv just had a blank-black screen, then i went to see whats wrong, and then i noticed the "progressive" light is on, it wasnt on when i watched last night so i guess somebody put it up then left it there, now my problem is, if I cant get a display, how can i even change it back to interlaced? how can i reset the dvd player? or how can i get it back to normal?

Resetting the player Pioneer DV

Resetting the player
Use this procedure to reset all the player’s
settings to the factory default.
1 Switch the player into standby.
2 Using the front panel buttons,
hold down the _ (stop) button and press
_ STANDBY/ON to switch the player back
on.
All the player’s settings are now reset, and
you should see the ‘Let’s Get Started’ screen.

I understand that you know about which keys to push. I want to make my DV 366-k codefree. Is there a way to do that? Maybe with a firmware patch?

Hei man, Did you solve the problem about your dvd pioneer dv-366? I have the same problem here...aaahahhhhh.... please give me some help. thx.. I will really apreciate that...

Hei man,

Try press power button and stop button at same time for 30s , this will reset the Pioneer dv-366 configuration...
