Pioneer BDP-53FD Elite vs BDP-320 question

I am looking at the BDP-53FD Elite player,maybe I have that upgrade itch,

right now I have a working BDP-320

and as you can see or know,I have a descent system,

my question is this,

if I get the BDP-53FD,(besides the networked features,Pandora,streaming,etc,etc)

will I notice a night & day OH MY GOD Holy $hit ! difference in audio AND video quality ? for the $400+ investment ?

Unless you're using analog interconnects from your BDP to the receiver, there should be absolutely no difference between the two players audiowise. If you are using analong I am unfamiliar with either model so I cannot comment on their DACs.

If there were going to be a video quality difference i would say that pioneer ripped you off the first time, so buying from them again would be rewarding them for making you upgrade later. There are no real reasons that the video output from any bluray player should be better than another and any other. It would take a misstep on the players part to drop the quality from optimal.

I bet the new ones won't be better in SQ and PQ but the feature set is superior. The 320 is also a little slow but that does not bother me at all.
