Has anyone spent $130.00 plus tax for the new DVD-A collection of the Doors? L.A. Woman was the only hi-rez disc available before now, and I thought it sounded good, especially "Riders on the Storm." It just wasn't one of my favorite albums of theirs musically. I'd love to hear "The End," "Soft Parade," and "When the Music's Over" in 5.1 DVD-A, but I'm hesitant to drop that much cash. Any opnions out there?
I have this set - bought it used for $50. It's great - they're kinda like the director's cut of the albums, with the songs in their original (not safe for radio) form.

As for Wish You Were Here, the last I heard was that it was due this month. I'm still crossing my fingers from when Dark Side Of The Moon came out. Read paragraph 5: http://www.brain-damage.co.uk/books/mind-over-matter-4-storm-thorgerson-peter-curzon-2007.html
