this thread is AWESOME!

Great ideas for DIY basstraps. Especially the link above. I could make quite a few of those in a day and at nearly nothing. We're wrapping up our house build and I've got a ton of scrap 2x4's and bats of r-15. :D

This is my apartment setup.

I started out with Auralex but they were to exspensive
to treat the entire space @ ($70 per panel).
After alot of searching I found a local dealer @ ($44 per panel).

Bass traps in front. Absorbtion on sides and rear w/ diffusion on rear top.
Auralex MoPads under speakers and sub.

Thanks! :)

Recently finished our small 2.1 setup for the bedroom and we are really enjoying it. Big step up from using the t.v. speakers and also makes listening to music in the bedroom a nice option.
