Pennsylvania vote counting

So the Pennsylvania Supreme Court has now ruled twice that certain ballots cannot be counted but local election officials are still saying they will count them anyway. According to the numbers it doesn’t matter so perhaps it’s a moot point. Question is for a situation like this could local authorities be held in contempt and is there any legal punishment or is it just grandstanding on all parties?

Oopsies.....

>>>The RNC and David McCormick — the Republican candidate whom the Associated Press has declared the winner of Pennsylvania's U.S. Senate race — filed a pair of lawsuits last week against county officials who counted undated or misdated ballots, including in Bucks County, Pa., a suburb north of Philadelphia.<<<

>>>Two years ago, during a Republican primary recount, McCormick took the opposite position on Pennsylvania's date requirement, arguing in court that undated and misdated ballots should be counted.<<<

But in this case the Pennsylvania Supreme Court has now ruled twice that the ballots cannot be counted, local officials are ignoring the ruling.

He’s a scummy politician like most. The Pennsylvania SC is 5-2 D to R and ruled against this but local officials are ignoring it.
Then it needs to be investigated. Pretty dumb though they cannot figure out why they lost.

They're acting like little kids who run into their bedroom, plant their face in the pillow and kick their legs while they scream.

It's circular. Now you get to own the cartoon picks of Trump's cabinet.
