Parasound customer service ROCKS!

I recently purchased a pair of Parasound JC1's. I needed a 3.5 to 2.5mm trigger cable, and I couldn't find one online. I sent an email to customer service, and received a response from Richard Schram, the president of Parasound. He sent me links to Monoprice for some of the cables I needed, and he's also having the other cables delivered, free of charge.

I don't know how many company presidents would bother to respond to such a small issue, but I found it quite refreshing...

Just wanted to give props to the folks at Parasound. I now own JC1's, A21, and 5250v.1. And I am loving all of them!

Cool Beans. Good to hear a positive CS story on a USA company!

Yes, Richard is very hands on with his customers. I've talked to him a few times. Just last week, as it was I had a problem with a P7, and he told me to call the techs on Monday, but the problem rectified itself over the weekend.

The 2 amp companies I always recommend are Parsound & ATI.

Great Amp companies use among the best quality parts and top it off with awesome customer services that go the extra mile for you.

A great example of what can be done when the knowledge is there at the top that customers do matter.:D

I wonder what did it do over the weekend to rectify its issues;):D
It was odd, to say the least. I put an album on, turned on the P7 pre-amp and changed input. Sat down and listened and then decided it was not loud enough. So I grab the remote, no volume change, and changing batteries did not help and turning the VC on the unit did nothing.
Then I realized I could not change inputs or even turn it off. Except for the master switch, on the back. So I left it off for awhile, and tried again, still nothing.
Did that all weekend, including pushing both the power button and function button at the same time. So the last time I left the master switch on, and then about 2 hours later I realized that the lcd display was lit. And it has worked perfect since!!
