i have a room 11x24 and a major bass issue im using the rubber feet on thye bottom would it help if i remove them and put the speaker flat on my floor

I don't think that will do anything. Moving your speakers far, far away from walls and objects and making sure your room has plenty of the usual sofas, curtains, carpets, rugs, books, etc, may help.

no problem in home theater but in stereo it sucks im having canceellations its so bad i can reverse polarities on one speaker and cant tell the difference

No. Rubber feet will not affect cancellations.

It doesn't make a lot of sense that the issue is not happening in HT applications unless LF is being handled differently.

So if you shut off one speaker entirely: the bass issues disappear?

one speaker didnt make a difference move them back and not bad a little more bass one thing i noticed i took one of my midbass out of the enclosure and there is a white fill in the speaker but its seperating the back of the drivers and the port i find that weird since the back of the speaker are in the same chamber but this fill is almost keeping the port area seperated
