I am currently running monitor 3's for fronts,CC-370 Centre PDR-8 V2(all just over a month old) not much I can say that hasn't already been stated in the reviews. One thing that really caught me off guard, was the clarity at high volume. Loud as hell but not painfull so, like my old Sony Towers. Simply put they didn't hurt even pushed to limits of my listening threshold. I could easily carry on a conversation with my wife of all people at nearly 0db on my Yamaha RSV-4600 without much complaint ...just large pressence and crystal clarity.(I don't advise to do this very often considering I watch most DVD's at around -30/-27 db with the remote nearby in case I get "the look" to turn it down" All in all, I'd say for anyone on a budget to give them a listen, give many speakers in your price range a listen and then decide which is best for you.
since you had mentioned 3 fronts I should add that I had originally purchased the CC-170 Centre, and found it a tad weak when paired with the 3's. I returned it for the 370 which is a much better match for the 3's, 100% satisfied with my purchase so far...well maybe I'll upgrade the sub in a while too!
