output plug-in for pc?

first of all; HI EVERYBODY!
and is it possible to use one of my vst (or any other type of plug-in) on my OUT1-2 of my fast-track pro.

what I actually want to do is to change ALL my pc sounds with the plug-in(s)

I'm assuming that as your from Montreal your first language isn't English....can you describe what components you are trying to connect in a little more detail?

lolll! is it so oubviou? ...well, sorry...
anyway, I'm on windows7 I have a fast-track pro (but I don't think that this realy matters...) the only thing I wanna do is to be able to use my audio plug-ins on the out-put of my pc sounds that way, if my room has to much brightness I could use an EQ to reduce it. I think I might need a program for this.
