I have Atlantic Technology System 150 , consisting of two mains, one center,two rear surrounds and a powered sub. Spkr's are rated for 110W, 8 ohm. Recently purchased a Sony HD ready wide screen tv and the RDR-GX300 DVD recorder. I am also considering the purchase of the Yamaha HTR5860 rcv'r.
I am not looking for total theater realism while watching tv, would just like to enhance the viewing and listening experience.
The question being..if anyone is familiar with my sound system at present, would it be compatible with the prev. mentioned rcv'r.?
