Out with the old.Need new

Hello, I need advice on replacing my old set-up as wife and friends
decided to redo the family room.I don't know where to start as I am
not very knowledgeable in audio but trying. Old set-up was
Denon Avr 3300
Infinity SM125 L/R
Infinity Video One center
Infinity SM 85 rears
2- JBL PSW 1200 subs
Room is 15'x19' , 8' ceiling and carpeted.
New set-up will have to have the fronts in bookcase pillars and
the rears will have to be on the side walls. Budget is $2000.
Is any of this old stuff worth trying to fit it in. The Sm 125 are
definitely out. What would you do? Thanks in advance

Are in-wall speakers an option?

I would rather not go the in wall route.I wouldn't know how to
go about it as ther is no acess to ceiling and two of the walls are
exterior. Not very handy. I did think about it tho.
