I knew I heard a truck, they were here when I got home today. Heavy, double boxed and still only half opened , so excited , so tired , feeling relieved but too laidback tonight . I just want a second wind to get these set up , yawn , stretch , lol . I think this might wait until sun up, do I really have to work tomorrow , hmmmm.

Some areas in the cabinet are missing the one inch closed cell no rez so I had Danny send me enough to do both towers, now comes the hard part installing the material through the darn driver cutouts.

I have decided to set them up in their respective places out in front and do the no rez work right there , I have set up a work area in the spare room but I just cant see moving them again so it gets done here and now , well tomorrow lol. I could not put on anything to give a true listen but I am watching Basic Instinct and boy let me tell ya the sound track has all sorts of music that just sounds awesome, heck even the kuro is getting a workout with this movie.

Additions to my HT , my kuro 500M has made its way to the master bedroom , The Samsung 64 inch Has been implemented into my main HT along with the Pioneer SC37 , Emo XPA3 , Oppo blu ray , 2 Kappa perfect Subs powered by a behringer 2500 through the DCX 2496 finishing the front stage is the Carnegie Towers with the matching center channel , still no side or rear surrounds. The set up in bedroom will be the Yamaha 1030 with a pair of Carnegie bookshelf speakers and the Pioneer 500M blu Rays through the Pioneer Bdp 35 . I will most likely swap out the receivers when I know more about the Yamaha.

I didn't mean to imply that I was selling a pair because I haven't a pair to sell. I know PSB has discontinued the line so I thought opportunities may appear.

Ahh gotcha , I did look around for sellers with decent deals on those particular towers and the cost still seems very high to me. I will have to keep the Carnegies for some time now.

I would love to post but we are in the process of a kitchen remodel so I need to bring that up to speed as well, pics soon.
