When the victim filed for divorce, he cited irreconcilable differences, court records show.

The victim declined to comment when he was reached by phone Tuesday by the Orange County Register.

On my way into work I ride the train with a couple of 50 and 60 year old black women. I sit in a seat that has a table and spread my stuff all over it to be uninviting to everybody else until they get on the train. This allows me to sit in on a small part of their lives and hear whatever it is they have to say for about 30 minutes a day. Now when I told them about this incident they agreed that he was doing something he shouldn't have been doing with that penis and didn't seem to have much pity for the victim.

These women couldn't even entertain the possibility that the woman might just be psycho? Sure, he may have been engaging in some extracurricular activity - we don't know. And, even if he did, nobody deserves that. I suppose it would depend on the nature of any extracurricular activity....
