I would definitely give BOTH of them a pass... here's a few clues to note:
Uses TemplateMonster site design... not a sure bet it's a scam - but if you can't pay $5-6K for a proper ecom website, yet you're selling speakers that retail for that much per speaker... probably not legit.
Second dead giveaway is if they are carrying speakers that are not allowed by the manufacturer to be sold Internet Direct.. like Paradigm, RBH, Gallo etc..
If the manufacturer clearly states that they do not authorize any retailer for ID sales... but you found a site with them on it... either they're stolen, or it's a total scam and you'll just get nothing, or ??? At the very least you can guarantee horrible customer service and no warranty on the speakers themselves. Granted, I've never had to get warranty service on speakers thus far - but if you're going to spend more than a couple hundred on the purchase... why risk it?
