Optima hd20 help

I have the optoma hd20 and am new to projectors. When I project the image it looks fine but there is a bright shade of the lamp that goes all the way around the picture. What needs to be adjusted ? How do I fit it to the edge of the picture ? Thanks

what ratio is your screen (16:9,4:3, etc) and what ratio do you have the HD20 set at?
