Opinion / possible purchase of used NHT 2.5 Towers and NHT 3C Center

Does anyone have an opinion on these speakers (L/R/C) and the price? I found a person who is selling the three for $650. I know the 2.5s are an older model but the 3C is somewhat recent. They would be used with an Onkyo 607 receiver.

They appear to be in excellent condition, but I'm concerned because I've read that NHT may no longer be in business very soon.
