Nothing beats watching HD-DVR'd PGA Championship golf on a Friday evening (in 7.1 surround, of course) while munching on a thick slab of steak.....and drinkin' some booze.

2.28lbs of Top Sirloin, anyone?

YUMMY!!

Do you season your steaks with atleast salt and pepper? I do not see any black specs on that beef.

Dang, that looks quite good. But, I prefer Prime Rib myself. :p:p Just got done eating some KFC. They have a deal going 10 pieces for only $10.99 or the meal for $17.99. I just love the original recipe. Sorry, most of it is gone or I would snap a few pics for you.......LOL!!!!! ;);)

Cheers,

Phil

Make them some grilled cheese sandwiches, mac 'n' cheese or some chicken fingers and fries....if they are like the majority of kids they will probably prefer that to steak...good excuse to hoard the steak for you and the wife.

Now Bear, I thought all you would eat is fish and honey......LOL!!!! :p:p I know sometimes, an occasional berry or two until the tummy hurts. Now, it looks like you are trying to keep all of the steak for yourself eh?:rolleyes: Just kidding Bear. Sorry, but couldn't resist. Right now I really need a good laugh given my Mom's surgery is this coming Tuesday. Really worried for her. :(:(

Cheers,

Phil

The berries are pretty scarce, we have had to domesticate ourselves and human garbage is our only substinence. Throw out as much food as possible. Keep on cooking those steaks...I especially like the bones and fat:).

Yummy is right

but how do you like your STEAK. I personally like my rare with a splash of garlic powder when cold and while they are grilling I add the Hy's seasoning salt:D. Mmmmm..good the only exception in our house though, is the kids join in the feast.:D

Hahahhaa.....very nice!!

I'm an amateur hack when it comes to grillin'. I never buy the super thick cuts because my crappy grill can't cook them slow enough to cook them through the center......without burning the outside. Top Sirloin is perfect thickness for my lack of grilling ability. When I try to grill cuts that approach 3" in thickness, I get into grilling trouble...ya know, burnt on the outside and bloody on the inside...

What are those specs on the front left steak mazer? Steak spice rub? The other 3 steaks do not seem to have that.
